Old Behavior

This GDF will identify and correct various common corruptions found
in invoices.

New Behavior
-------------
Cancelled invoices have AWT reversal distributions created with correct
match_status_flag and accounting_event id.
Added this corruption in GDF: 19637587 as corruption type 12.
