    I’am Elaiza Glaze M. Gayona, a 4th Year Nursing Student of PHINMA Cagayan de Oro
    College is about to conduct an interview regarding on what are the conflicts whether
    with other supervisors, head nurses and/ or staffs that a supervisor can encounter in
    the emergency area and how was it resolved in order to maintain quality nursing care in
    this particular institution. This interview will be conducted as a partial requirement in
    the subject Leadership and Management.
