This letter is my personal recommendation for Youssef Sahdi. I hired Youssef in March 2017
when I was his direct Manager at Labels, International Group of Companies. Youssef was hired on as a
Sales Associate but quickly asserted himself into the role of Key Holder. He took initiative to learn the
role and responsibilities of a Key Holder. When the time was needed he was able to step into the role
seamlessly.

Youssef has shown tremendous leadership and time management skills. He is extremely
proficient at completing tasks while alone with little direction. I know when head office direction comes
in on his shift they will be completed in a timely manner, accurately and to my full satisfaction. Youssef
also displays great communication skills in the workplace, ensuring everyone is up to speed on the
current tasks to be completed.

He was given the highest recommendation by our District Sales Manager to take on the role of
Store Manager when I take my maternity leave. Unfortunately, due to school obligations, he was unable
to fill the position. Following that, he was offered future employment with the company at any time and
a recommendation to any other District Sales Manager regardless of location.

It has been a pleasure to work with Youssef. He has tremendous interpersonal relationships with
staff and clients. I would not think twice about hiring him in the future. That is why I give my highest
recommendation for employment of Youssef Sahdi.
