a) Project Description
GSK is a leading pharmaceutical industry, head office based out of UK and main
branches are located in USA. GSK Data warehouse (EDW) holds the environmental
pharmaceutical sales and marketing data. And it has user customer handshake process.
The objective of this project is Support and Maintenance of Teradata development and
production Services for North America Pharma IT Data Warehouse applications wherein
some new Pharmacy specific business applications (CRMFBI, PACA) were built on the
underlying newly available Teradata DWH platform, primarily based on capturing the
sales data of pharmacy products that are purchased or sold in various ways and thereby
by providing some valuable business insights. The tasks involve maintenance and

operational supports thereby confirming the Business continuity of an all applications
live in the warehouse.

b) Contribution
 Developed SQL scripts using BTEQ, FLOAD, MLOAD and Fast Export
Utilities to load the data from source files and Source systems into the staging
area according to the business scenarios.
 Prepared TIP (Technical Installation Plan) for the code movement in UAT
and PROD regions by collecting the inputs from all the team members.
 Worked effectively by coordinating with onsite manager to understand the
requirements of the project.

GENx COPILOT system is also derived as PHM (Prognostic Health Management)
system is Designs, builds and validates the next generation diagnostic system to
support those who monitor engines and those that use engine data for services growth.
As part of the new business requirements created an Active Data Warehouse from
existing Legacy system. By Using this data AOC customers can generate reports with
updated engine and Aircrafts data. We have different type of oracle source systems
regarding engine, flight data.PHM is designed on MLDM (Manufacturing Logical
Data Model) and mainly it stores parametric data.
