‘This refers our initial communications and meeting with you recently
We are really happy to invite Srilankan representative on the board of World Council of MCN and 1
‘would like to take this opportunity to invite representation on our World Council that consists of
credentialed personalities from many countries and will soon be the largest and most powerful board
of Peace Makers on earth.
Even as legal systems and world treaties are working towards strengthening the nile af law, we are
still having a World fraught with conflict in every area of our life. Perhaps this isthe time we realize
that peace can’t be bought by making more and more laws and adhering to the written code of
‘conduct. Its all about developing a collaborative global system that builds on integrated inclusive
innovation of all stakeholders,
With this core belief, The Mediation and Conciliation Network (MCN) was bor as an independent
‘organization working to aivance the mediative justice system forthe management of disputes and
creating a better rule of law worldwide. MCN’s acl o develop a collaborative global framework /
‘oonystem to effectively manage disputes inthe constantly evolving world
MCN isthe first such organization born out of India and having a mission to become one mammoth
global "Mediative Justice Institution” that operates as parallel to the courts of law - to be called as,
‘World's Forum of Mediative Justice.
While the tsk is massive, we believe that MCN can achieve its mission withthe guidance and
involvement of representatives from all pars ofthe world and fom different culture, and working
for the cause of strengthening the Rule of Law through Mediatve Justice around the globe

The work of The Mediation and Conciliation Network (MCN) is guided by two main bodies of MCN
namely, the MCN’s World Council and its Board of Diectors. The MCN World counelis a non-
executive, strategic body that guides and sets the vison for MCN to strengthen the Rule of Law
through Mediative Justice
‘The integral bodies ineluding MCN’s World Council comprise exceptional personalities from all
walks of life from over 10 nationalities including world’s foremost CEOs, Heads of institutions,
ministers and policy makers, experts and academies, representatives of international organizations and
