1 Objective
The objective of this activity is loading license in BSC

2 General scope
1. Perform health check on BSCs

2. Transfer LKF files to OSS

3. Print current values of features on BSCs

4. Using SMO , load license on BSCs

5. Check feature value after license loading

6. Perform Post-Health Checks on the BSCs
