BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT

Few workers and senior officials were checking the leak at the
Convertor area by conducting trial run of oxygen plant. But the
oxygen pressure was not building up in the convertor. So they
came to the Control room near to the Oxygen Plant to check the
reason. Due to some operational & technical problems (choking in
Oxygen filter), excess pressure created inside the pipe line and a
huge explosion took place. After the massive blast, a huge fire
raged across the oxygen plant. All the workers and officials
present in the control room and oxygen plant were burnt alive.
