- Qualification or unit of competency to be assessed(basic, common, core) enumerate

- explan the tast to be perform (ppt)
- the evidence to be collected( Demonstration, oral questuning, writen test)
- Assement method( Demonstration, oral questuning, writen test) this will be help
to determine you unterpining knowlege
- Needs of the candidates to be consider during assessment
- Allowable or reasonable adjustment whe applicable( dificuties, religon, health
condition)
- dos and dont's during the assessment
- Rights and appeal system
- issuance of national certificate or certification of competency( the ac maneger
will inform you where u claim you NCII)
- reassessment procedures
- Confidentiality of assessment outcome
- provide copy of the Specific instrution to the candidate
- Assign No. to the candidtaes
- Instruct candidate no. 1 to proceed tothe assessment area
- ask the cadidate to read again the spicific intrution
- conduct assessment observe candidate
- oral questuning after demo ( candidate 1 nad 2)
- Give Feedback (candidate 1 is competent and candidate 2is not competent)
- sign the CARS
- for the issuance of national certificate or certification of competency( the ac
maneger will inform you where u claim you NCII)
- for the NYC inform he/she has right to appeal
