Juan José Albán Ortíz, was involved in our company since July 2nd 2016 to April 11 2017 as
product designer.

On September 1st 2016, Juan José was promoted to the position of Product Manager, at this
time, he was working on Business development for LAC. He developed a complete operational
manual for the design process, and oversaw the technical capabilities and performance of the
SponTime API. Moreover, Juan José was active in the acquisition of customers and of market
prospection, planning future products and services. He was also in charge, given his position, of
negotiating the terms of sales contracts with key stakeholders, as well as gaining new contracts.
In certain occasions, he has been entrusted with the management of projects related to the
optimization of workflows.
