that I ACTUALLY put double the amount of garlic than it says in my recipe, As Product Reviews
you can imagine, my breath smells lke roses -) So, this recipe... this is not for
the faint at heart. This is not forthe casual gatlc user. This is for the obsessive
‘garlic fans. The ones lke me, that use double the amount a recipe calls for.
‘Then adds a litte gafic salt atthe table, -) We served this over fried rioe. 1am
including that recipe as well. What are your favorite GARLICKY recipes? And for

Chinese Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pioces
‘V2 cup comstarch
\Veg Oil For Frying
For the Sauce
3 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

“2 cup Chicken Broth
5 TBSP honey
1 HEAPING TASP minced garke (or more!) Ges

“V2 tsp white pepper
“12 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions
Coat bite sized chicken pieces in comstarch. Return to the refrigerator for at
least 20 minutes, so the cornstarch adheres to the chicken while frying. | use this Lan
time to prepare the sauce. Ina smal bow, mix together the soy sauce, sesame
oil, Chicken broth, honey, minced gare, ginger, white pepper, crushed red pe ee]
pepper. Add Veg oll an inch deep to a large skilet over medium high hest.
Lightly Brown Chicken, Drain Chicken on a paper towel and pour off any excess
ol. Add the Chicken back to the pan and cover the chicken with the sauce. Dyas)

4 cloves of gato, nly minced :
4 cups, very cold cooked rae (make mine the day before or morning of and Creamy Sun-dried Tomato

4 TBSP reduced sodium soy sauce (or more to taste) hem

Roasted Garlic and Cream
+ teaspoon white pepper ‘Cheese Stuffed Chieken
112 cup frozen peas
2 green onions, chopped

through. You dont want to mess with them, After they have cooked for 2 minutes,

My husband and I both LOVE garlic. We've been known to double, if not
‘tiple, the amount of garlic called for in a recipe. I can't wat to try out the
honey garlic chicken tomorrow!
