SUMMER

One Friday afternoon last summer in July, I decide to go

with a friend of mine Noemi to our friend Lorena. She is
living across the town, and to arrive faster, we decided to
go through the forest. The road is really steep, so we
have to climb a bit, but that is not a problem because
outside is sunny.
We saw two children coming down through the woods
on bicycles. They were a boy and a girl. The kids were not
more than 10 years old, but they were very fast on their
bicycles. After 2 minutes they passed by, we heard a
scream and a bang. When we heard that scream, we got
verry scared. We stopped to take a look and we saw the
girl fallen in front of a tree with the bike all smashed. She
was stricken and full of blood. We return to try to help
them but the situation was dificult because the girl was
crying and very frighten. The boy help us to get her out of
the forest. I called her mother and a ambulance to give
her first aid. Her mother arrived first, she was very
shocked after I explained her what happend. The
ambulance arrived quickly, and they take her to the
hospital to check her to not have anything broken.
It was very late and we tought that it is better to go
home. We had a really long and hard day with a badly
experience.
