The proponents would like to acknowledge the people who functioned as

their life who in any way contributed their ideas, suggestions, and assistance

while steering into the way of a well-turned out study.

To the different agencies, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines

(CAAP), Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC), Philippine
