Learning from mistakes is not a bad habit at all.

Everybody commit mistakes but the

fact is feeling guilty or unmoved from the problem is not the solution. Facing that
problem may lead you to some solution. �Lesson learned� from any incident/accident
is very helpful in communicating the danger that employees may have to take into
consideration. If any accidents take place in an organization, though loss of life
and property is there but there is also a lesson that needs to be addressed.
Investigations conducted on such accidents helps us to extract a huge amount of
information regarding cause of accidents and also some other informative facts. Its
significance is that it motivates the organizations to at least resolves certain
threat issues and communicate that information to others so that they can be at
least bit more careful in future.
