namak - medium flam -- 8-10 min with cover
jeera poweder/dhaniya powerder/ masala / kaali mirch poweder
lowe flam 3-4 min cover

tamatar / cover pan 10-12 min mid flam (check middle)

low flam 10 min

put water if gravy cook for 3-4 min

garam masala in last no cooking after garam masala


put for 5 min off the flam with cover
