GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rates of contract shall be firm and No escalation will be considered during the execution of
work order. The above rates include labour charges only.
2. All statutory deductions such as income tax, etc. will be deducted as per Govt. norms which
ever are applicable from time to time will be deducted from the gross amount payable based on
the bills.
3. CONTRACTORS have to employee necessary crew, operational/ supervisor staffs and workmen
of their own for execution of the work.
4. Through the duration of contract will be valid for the period of 06 months from the date of this
work order issue. Further the duration can be extended on satisfactory performance.
5. CONTRACTORS have to get billing detail of work done by them certified by concerned
department or other authorised person of THRIVENI. Any dispute at a later date with respect to
billing detail will not be entertained.
6. Stick to follow our companies “Standard Operating Procedure” (SOP) and other statutory acts,
laws, rules and norms as amended time to time and as when as applicable.
7. Payment will be done by e-payment, cheque or demand draft, in case demand draft; the bank
charges will be deducted. The CONTRACTOR or duly authorised representative may collect the
payment details on behalf of the CONTRACTOR. At the time of release of payment, the
CONTRACTOR should valid document whichever is applicable and called for by THRIVENI.
8. The CONTRACTOR shall settle and clear all the outstanding liabilities before the payment for
every month.
9. All incidental or miscellaneous expenses incurred in order to discharge these contractual
obligations. The CONTRACTOR will take all the safety measures for his workmen, staff and
machineries, vehicle while executing the contract in the mines area.
10. The Work Order can be terminated by both parties by giving 15 days prior notice on either
side. THRIVENI has the rights to terminate the work order if the quality of work is found poor
at site.
11. THRIVENI reserves the right place contract with any other agencies at the time during the
period of contract as it may deem fit. THRIVENI may appoint other agency for a complete
contract period or a limited period of time as THRIVENI deems fit.
