ELLIPSIS: STUDENT THEATRE PRODUCTIONS / TALLAHASSEE, FL

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / 2015-2016 SEASON


 Supervise all activities of the organization including our subset Rogue Productions;
 Work together with the Artistic Director to ensure the artistic integrity & administrative prosperity of Ellipsis;
 Attend revocation of membership meetings, as well as keeping formal copies of all warnings;
 Liaise with the School of Theatre on matters pertaining to Ellipsis;
 Be one of three signatories on financial documents;
 Coordinate all conferences not considered regular body meetings;
 Manage all calendars of all Board Members;
 Ensure all officers are performing their duties as defined in the Constitution;
 Assign special projects to officers as necessary;
 Along with the Treasurer, discuss budgetary process with directors to ensure applications for funding are
submitted on time;
 Look towards expansions of Ellipsis across the student body of Florida State and the greater Tallahassee
community/local businesses through marketing alongside the Marketing Director;
 Oversee all contracts between Ellipsis and USITT Technicians, directors, etc;
 Coordinate all fundraising efforts with the Marketing Director;
 Liaise with the Student Government of Florida State to secure funding for Ellipsis & Rogue Productions;
 Train and work with the Assistant Executive Director;
 Oversee all Acting Deputies & Technical Deputies.

STANDING OVATION PERFORMING ARTS / WEST PALM BEACH, FL

DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER / 2015-Present (seasonally)


 Directing, choreographing, and teaching all aspects of all productions; ages 7-14
 Assist w/ the design and implementation of all production aspects – painting, building, costuming, etc.

 Storybook Acting, Song, and Dance – This early acting class gives young students the opportunity to explore
performing through stories and music; ages 3-6.
 Impromptu Speech – Introducing students to speech writing, public speaking, and thinking on the fly! Students
collaborate to present group ideas and speeches, as well as individual pieces; ages 10-14.
 Little Stars Acting – Young actors explore basic acting skills, communication, listening and reacting and
working with a group through movement, pantomime, improvisation, creative dramatics games and storybook
theatre using props to encourage creativity and imagination; ages 5-7.
 Musial Theatre –This class prepares students for musical productions. Students learn a combination of acting,
vocal, dance, and how to put it all together to create a sample of the complete experience of a Broadway
musical; ages 7-14.
 Theatre Audition Prep Workshop– This workshop is designed for students auditioning for the Bak Middle
School of the Arts or Dreyfoos High School of the Arts’ Theatre programs. It includes intensive lessons and
practice with improvisation, monologue cold reading, and musical theatre with mock auditions in virtually
every class. This workshop includes private lessons
