1 Scout Leader in school are to be

formed according to towns or cities.

2 The medium of communication can

vary but not to just target one language
only, ie Mandarin, etc. as this would be
non inclusive for some participants.

3 A guest needs to attend at least 3 meet Scout come to

ups before he/she becomes the town

4 To be a Scout leader, one needs to

search the scout leader for a group

near him/her Existing leaders can
nominate one to join their group as a
co-leader or start a new one.
 One can also be nominated by a Scout
Leader

5 Scout Leaders can approach other

chapters for guidance, training, trainer
and other forms of assistance

6 Scout leaders must organise at least

one event every 90 days

7 Scout leaders must follow the GEG

scout conduct :
- be respectful
- participate and be collaborative
- step down considerately
