For the LD RCV tests, I would like to ask you the following:

1 – Uninstall the LD Mirror Driver from the DS10 systems where you start the Remote from and also
from the target hosts..

Please do not uninstall the Mirror Driver from DS7 hosts.

Test please in both ways:

a. From device manager- display adapters – right click LD mirror driver and click uninstall – a
reboot will be requested and is necessary.
b. Start – Run – and paste the following “ vulscan /showui /repair vulnerability=LD-MirrorDriver ”

2 – Please check in the LD RCV setting that the checkmark for LD mirror driver is not in.
3 – Put in the checkmark for “suppress wallpaper”

4.- Please have the colleagues also test the option with “multi-monitor”

They should try to use only one monitor and not both at the same time.
