NOTE:

1. Application forms can be availed from the school office or downloaded from the school
website : www.indianschoolsur.com

2. Documents to be submitted along with the filled in application form for registration:
a) Passport copy with valid visa page of the child, mother and father.
b) Resident card copy of the parents
c) Original transfer certificate issued by the previous school (for classes II - XI)
d) Two recent passport size photographs of the child
e) Copy of the progress report issued by the previous school (for classes II - X)
f) Two Passport size photographs each of mother and father.
g) Medical report of the child (As per the attachment with the Admission form)
h) Copy of the Birth certificate of the child.

3. # Entry Level Assessment: For Details please refer the provided syllabus (Question Papers will be
based on the syllabus of the previous class.)

4. Age Limit For admission to LKG, the child should have completed 3 years of age on or
before the 31 March of the year for which admission is sought. A corresponding age limit is fixed
for the successive classes.

5. Please note that the admission is subject to submission of all documents and
performance at the Entry Level Assessment.

6. Non-Indian expatriates are requested to submit the No Objection letter from their
respective Embassy.
