UNIVE! ‘Y OF No. CE/R&F/09/15/06 Esty OF cand a ‘Tuesday, February 24, 2015 NOTICE As per the resolution adopted by the UGBOS in Commerce at its meeting on 30/01/2015 and subsequent approval from the University authority, it is notified for information of all concerned that the manner of disbursement of centre fees received for conducting examination in project work for B.Com Part-III Honours Examination and practical fee retained by the college for conducting examination in IT and its application in Business for B.Com Part-II General Examination will be as follows: * Conveyance expenses at the rate of Rs.500 per day to each of the External Examiners. Fees for conducting examination of IT and its Application at the rate of Rs. 8 per candidate (Rs.4 to be paid to the Internal examiner and Rs.4 to the External examiner) immediately on completion of the concerned examination. + Fees for evaluation of Project Report and conducting Viva-voce Examination at the rate of at Rs. 20 per candidate (Rs.10 to be paid to the Internal examiner and Rs.10 to the External examiner) immediately on completion of the concerned examination, © To utilise the balance amount as follows: 10% for office overhead, 30% for refreshment and 60% for materials, equipments and contingencies, etc. as may be required by the concerned Department If the collected fees from the students fall short to pay the amount of conveyance, fees for evaluation, and other incidental expenses relating to the concerned examination, as mentioned above, the college may claim from the University the difference between the actual expenses and fees collected. Remuneration /Honorarium /Conveyanece, ete. of the Co-ordinators of the Project Work (Paper C35A) and of the Head Examiners of the IT Practical (Paper C21G) be paid by the University as per University Norms. ‘The above will be effective for the B.Com Examinations of 2015 and onwards. aR ah ois (Dr.S.K.Barua) Controller of Examinations . .
