 Behaviours and values displayed are frequently

not aligned with those of Sodexo.
 This level of performance cannot be maintained.

Some objectives are below expectations and

2 To be improved performance could be improved, and/or

 Certain behaviours and values demonstrated are

not aligned with those of Sodexo.
 This situation could apply to a newcomer recent
in the position who does not master all aspects
of his/her function.

Good performance is achieved when objectives are

3 achieved and
Good

 Performance meets expectations for every

aspect of the function, and;
 The behaviours and values demonstrated are in
alignment with those of Sodexo.

Excellent performance is achieved when:

4 Excellent
 Objectives and performance exceed expectations
for a part or for the whole function, and
 The Executive role models Sodexo’s behaviours
and values.
