This is in concern of the incident happened at Kama with three people name mentioned as follows

1.Gagandeep Singh – 7/87 Double Storey Tilak Nagar 110018

2.Karan -26/128 West Patel Nagar New Delhi 110008

3.Abhishek -RZ 233 Raj Nagar Part 1 Palam Village 110045

We got our essentials snacchhed by three unknown people in Kama on gun point.The essentials are
as follows

1.4 mobile phones (Iphone 7 ,Iphone 6, Iphone 5, Samsung Grand Duos)

2.1 Laptop

3.1 Photo Album

4.3 bags With cloth

5.9000 Rs Cash

6.1 Wallet

And the Numbers Through Which they us is this – 9634723636 Name Rajesh.

We went to the nearest police station and tried to file the F.I.R but the concerened said that it will
around 2 3 hours to file the F.I.R So We were not feeling safe so we rushed from there.

Its a request from our side to investigate on this and try to recover our essentials as soon as
possible.

SUB: Request for immediate action and registering the FIR for the incident
that happened on 19th June 2017.

Respected Sir,

1. That the Complainant i.e. Gagandeep Singh s/o Sd. Paramjeet Singh R/o

7/87 Double Storey, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, 110018.

2. That Complainant is in the business of event management and specialised

in the managing or arranging the marriages all over the India.

3. That complainant and his associates are in the business of event

management since 2015.

4. That Complainant and his associates had managed various events in

Delhi, Punjab and Haryana on various occasions.


5. That on 16/06/2017 Complainant received a call from person namely

Rajesh Mobile No. 9634723636 impersonating himself as a client who

wanted to solemnize his daughter wedding through Complainant’s firm in

his own town i.e. Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

6. That initially Complainant was reluctant to arrange the event in Bharatpur

but on frequent requests of Rajesh through various telephonic

conversations with the Complainant. Complainant being an honest and

loyal person agreed to Rajesh and arranged the meeting on 19/06/2017 in

Bharatpur, Rajasthan to finalise the deal.

7. That Complainant with his two Associates namely Karan Popli and

Abhishek Yadav went to Bharatpur, Rajasthan with all their resources

and preparation to impress their client on their own vehicle early

morning.

8. That when complainant was about to reach Bharatpur, Rajasthan

Complainant contacted Rajesh through his mobile to know the way to

Rajesh’s house and Rajesh made sure that his driver will meet them at

certain point at Highway from where his driver will escort the

Complainant and his team to his house.

9. That complainant reached at the Point on highway where he waited for

Rajesh’s driver for 10-15 minutes. Then Complainant saw one guy

coming on two-wheeler, covering his face with gamchaa and he told the

complainant to follow him.


10. That complainant started following the driver without realising the real

intentions of Rajesh and his Driver. While on their way to Rajesh’s house

for meeting Complaint saw that 2 more men on their bikes and covering

their faces were chasing them, Complainant suddenly realised that it is a

trap laid by Rajesh and his team in which they are caught. Complainant

tried to run away and de-routed his car from highway and entered into

one farm on the side road.

11. That all people on bikes were chasing the complainant and tried to stop

them by firing bullet in open air. That Complainant being a peaceful man

got frightened and accelerated the speed of his car without realising he

was driving on Kuchcha road.

12. That Complainant drove his car so fast that his car got stuck into dig

(Khadaa) and was surrounded by the biker.

13. That the bikers started forcing the complainant and his team to come out

of their vehicles.

14. That when complainant and his team members came out of the vehicles

the burglars looted them and stole expensive articles from Complainant

and his team members.

15. That after looting the complainant and his team members all burglars fled

away on their respective bikes leaving the Complainant and his team

members in helpless state with a car stuck in the dig.


16. That complainant and his team members got frightened and even tried to

ran away leaving the car behind but suddenly complainant realised that

burglars couldn’t locate one of his mobile as it was fallen under the

driver’s seat of the car during the chase. So he took out the mobile phone

and called police for the help.

17. That concerned police of that area i.e. Kaman, Bharatpur, Rajasthan

reached the spot and helped the complainant to take out the car out of the

dig.

18. That Complainant even tried to register F.I.R against Rajesh but Police

Official told them it will take 2-3 hours to register a F.I.R but

complainant was so frightened that he couldn’t wait for so long so he

rushed to Delhi.

1) 4 mobile phones (Iphone 7 ,Iphone 6, Iphone 5, Samsung Grand

Duos)

2) 1 Laptop

3) 1 Photo Album

4) 3 bags With cloth

5) 9000 Rs Cash

6) 1 Wallet
Being the only hope for justice in this case which fall under your jurisdiction,

your honour is, therefore, requested to kindly take immediate step to register the

F.I.R. so that main culprits can be caught and put behind the bars.

NOTE: The above mentioned main culprit named as Rajesh mobile no.

9634723636 is still active.

I would request you to take cognizance of this report as earliest possible so that

no more innocent person can be harmed by them.
