Expectations:
 Boys/Girls may begin serving at the altar at age 7, depending upon their maturity.
 Boy Altar servers are to arrive at church at least 10 minutes before services
begin.
 Altar servers should come dressed to serve at the altar of the Lord – being
clean with combed hair and wearing a collared shirt, slacks and dress shoes.
 Altar servers should recognize that their service is an offering to the Lord and
come prepared to participate in and assist with corporate worship.
 Altar servers are to be attentive to their leaders and should refrain from
unnecessary chatter.
 Girls will host the prosforo during communion. Girls should walk down to the
solea when Father is taking communion. The prosforo will be handed to them.
