Breakthrough+ Award 2016

Dear Life Planners,

We have heard you via the feedback you have given to our management and Agency Executives.

After giving this due consideration, I am pleased to inform you that we have made some amendments to
the previous Breakthrough Award 2016 Rules & Regulations (R&R). It has now been renamed as the
Breakthrough+ Award 2016, which includes categories for first time COTs, and TOTs.

For those of you who have already achieved the coveted status of MDRTs in the past, this is something
you can look forward to if you strive for and achieve the next level of recognition.

Having expanded the scope of this incentive, I would also like to remind you of our principles of Doing The
Right Thing, In The Right Way with The Right People. We also believe in rewarding our Life Planners as
they deserve. Hence, you will notice in the attached R&R that we have amended the rules regarding the
treatment of A-Plus Saver to be in line with those of all our other contests and incentives.

Please also note that this new R&R will fully supersede the previous Breakthrough Award 2016 R&R which
was issued in December 2015.

Should you have any enquiry on the above, please do not hesitate to contact your assigned Agency
Executives and they will be able to assist you accordingly.
