    Subject: Explanation of Delaying Presentation

    I am extremely sorry for being late in the delivery of presentation slides that were assigned by
    you. It was due to the winter vacations and I went to my native village for recreation so whole
    study plan was disturbed.
    So I could not delivered my work. All I want to say is that I am feeling embarrassment for doing
    this mistake and I will try my level best to not to repeat it in future. Kindly pardon me for this.
