Argument Against

Opponents of legalizing abortion say that people don’t have the right to take away the life of a
fetus. They say that a fetus/child has the right to live, and should not be killed under any
circumstances. Life begins at conception. Some even say that a woman shouldn’t get an abortion
even if the mother’s or child's life is endangered. They argue that nowhere in The Constitution does it
say the, “right to privacy”. Another point that abortion is not a private situation and should be
stopped. They also say that the life of a fetus weighs more than the life of the woman. To conclude,
the opponents of legalizing abortion are against it because, the fetus has a right to live the woman
has no right to take away a fetus's life.
