A self addressed envelope with a stamp of Rs.10/- may be sent with such request, 6. The examination fee for the Examination is Rs. 500 /-(Rupees Five Hundred only). 6.1 For the examination to be held at Mumbai, for which the schedule date of commencement being 20.02.2017, the candidate may pay examination Fees either through NON TAX RECEIPT PORTAL(NTRP) or through a Demand Draft. In the case of payment through NTRP, the proof of payment may also be enclosed with application. Further details are available at htto://oharatkosh gov in/static/UserGuide.aspx. Further It may be noted that while making payment through NTRP, due care must be taken to make payment to Department of Telecommunications (DoT) only. Applications received after the prescribed last date, and/or incompletefincorrect or without payment proof will be summarily rejected and NO CORRESPONDENCE in this regard will be entertained, The candidates will have the option to apply for ‘full examination’ (Part | and Part 1) or ‘Part | only’ based on their eligibility; however once the admit card is issued, change of option under no circumstances would be entertained, 8. _ Provision to download the unsigned admit card of the candidate would also be available on the Home page of WPC website. 9, __ Result of the RTR examination will also be available on the Home page of WPC website. 10, Once an application has been rejected on account of late receipt or being incomplete J incorrect in any respect, no refund/adjustment or carry forward of fees will be entertained. Candidate will not be permitted to change their examination centre after giving option once in the application form. 11. This Ministry DOES NOT RECOGNISE OR APPROVE any institute or fiying club for the purpose of training, tuition or coaching etc. The examination may, if necessary, be held at an institute in which case the said institute will be merely the centre/venue of the examination and this is NO WAY, WHATSOEVER CONFERS ANY PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT / RECOGNITION/ APPROVAL / RECOMMENDATION OF ANY KIND BY THIS MINISTRY TO ANY INSTITUTE OR FLYING CLUB. 12.
