The first classroom of Indian Republic, Bihar, has historically been the pivot of intellect and dialogue.
The Parliamentarian, in close alignment, also conforms to the power of dialogue in determining
social actions and change, while keeping the aspirations of an ideal society alive. To reinforce the
importance of our tradition of progress through dialogue we bring the Parliamentarian Conclave to
Patna for the first time. At the conclave, few key minsters from the Modi Cabinet, Minsters from the
ruling and opposition parties, social reformers and spiritual gurus, along with actors from the
entertainment cosmos, shall establish a linear dialogue with you. Along with an opportunity to seek
answers to your socially relevant questions, you would also have an opportunity to present your
valuable suggestions. This constructive and ideological dialogue shall not be merely restricted to the
walls of Gyan Bhawan in Patna; instead it is our constant endeavour to spread this wave of across
the country. Your presence and participation at the conclave shall not only bridge the gap between
your aspirations, but shall also be a launch-pad concrete nation building exercise because
consequentially ‘dialogue’ is the corner-stone of our Republic and it takes all of us to wear the right
democratic fabric.
