J.2. EMPLOYEES’ UNIFORM

The employees shall be required to wear plain red polo shirt, hat, hairnet, black pants and

checkered apron provided by the business as part of their expenses. They are also required to wear

closed toes shoes.


K. WASTE AND WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD

To maintain a clean and conducive environment, the following rules and regulations shall be

followed:

 Proper waste disposal of materials used.

 Provide trash cans with segregation of waste to biodegradable and non-biodegradable.

 Daily monitoring and checking of perishable goods and products

 Proper storage of materials, products and equipment


 Scheduled cleaning and maintenance of equipment

 Daily cleaning and maintenance of storage area
