The source of these materials is Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) ditch and landslide cleanup activities and they will also be incorporated into the Ash Pond Closure Project. The CBJ may also deliver additional approved fill materials to the site for placement in the ash pond. The final quantity of the additional fill materials will be measured after the bid opening for this project and the Contractor will be paid for their placement in the ash pond as noted below: Additional Payment = L.S.
