Recipe: Pork Shu Mei Source: Mr.

Quantity Ingredient Method


Make sure your apron & hairnet are on; hands are washed, and read your recipe first.
Prepare and measure all ingredients
1 lbs Ground Pork/Chicken
2 tbsp Soya Sauce 1. Mix all prepared ingredients into a stainless steel bowl.
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Ginger-Grated
1 Garlic Clove- Mined 2. Add about 1 tbsp. of filling to a won ton wrapper and close along the top of the
dumpling while pinching your fingers.
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Green Onion- Julienne
1 tsp Sugar 3. In a preheated bamboo steamer lined with parchment paper, add dumplings
and cook for 10 minutes until cooked 165 degrees
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt 4. Serve with dipping sauce of hoisin and sriracha chilli sauce.
