Kawasaki Robot Ethernet/Ip communication – with Omron Camera

A- Kawasaki Robot (CP180) B- Omron Camera + FH controller

A- Kawasaki Robot Setting.

1- Make Robot Ethernet I/P supportable.


2- Go to Network setting
3- Set port 12 ( soft Ethernet I/p)
4- Give the Ip add -192.168.1.12
5- Connect the camera in master port( port number1).
6- Port number 2 will not work .
7- use cross cable ( direct use)
8- Use straight cable if use HUB.

B- B- Omron Camera + FH controller setting

1- Make FH setting for ethernet ip


2- make FH slave .
3- Fill robot port in FH 12700
4- Fill robot ip 192.168.1.12 in FH.
5- set FH in TCP client

C- Make robot a program in robot for communication & decoding value .
