This Driver- Vehicle Owner Agreement, made and entered into this

________________in Cagayan de Oro City, between:

ROMMEL NILAS ASOK, of legal age and a resident of Zone 9, Macanhan, Cagayan de
Oro City, herein referred to as the DRIVER;
AND
FEMUEL SHUN S. LEE, of legal age and a resident of Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City,
herein referred to as the OWNER.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DRIVER, with License No.: K02-01-09-0045, is an employee of

PAG-ASA Pawnshop who constantly drives the Mitsubishi Montero Sport vehicle of the
OWNER when rented by the said pawnshop.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the parties have
agreed as to the following conditions:

1. The DRIVER agrees to comply with the standards and procedures set forth by
the OWNER;
2. The DRIVER will use due care and caution in the operation of the vehicle and will
strictly comply with all safe driving rules of the road, including all speed limits,
posted directional signs and parking regulations. Under no circumstances will the
DRIVER operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or when his
physical or mental condition may be otherwise impaired;

3. The vehicle will not be used for personal errands of the DRIVER unless with the
consent of the OWNER;
4. If found negligent or over speeding during travel, the DRIVER shall pay for the
damaged vehicle parts as well as the repair expenses thereof. Other related
damages or expenses shall likewise be paid by the driver despite the fact that the
vehicle is insured.


IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the date and
place above written.
