    Proposal for repair & complete overhauling of Holman Air Compressor at DieselLoco Shed, Kurla.
    was processed, at the cost of Rs.1,25,493/+ Service charges+ GST-which was based on budgetary
    quotation of M/s. Laxmi Enterprises ,Dombivali(E). Sr. DFM /BB has given concurrence for the
    subject work at a total of Rs.1,25,493/+ Service charges+ GST vide letter no.BB/AC/FX-
    4/DME/21524 dated 20.11.2017. This is subject to the following

    1. Funds will be made available.: Noted


    2. Technical capability of the firm will be certified.
    3. Guideline for sanction to detail estimate will be followed before invitation of
    quotations.
    4. The said work is urgent in nature
    5. It will ensure that Ceiling limit of the sanctioning authority of dispensing with
    tender procedure will not be exceed during current financial year.

    ADRM/BB is requested to kindly sanction the proposals for Repairing of Cummins make
    power pack (NTA-855) of NDM6 loco no. 600 of Diesel Loco shed, Neral for dispensing with tender
    procedure in terms of 1.12 of SOPGEN 2009.
