speakers. Ted is inspiring me because they offer short and powerful ralks. They

Ans: I would embrace my learning curve and work with full potential in your

I have confirmed job offer of 6 lac an annum with a good company.

Option 2 :

My batch mate has floated a new e commerce venture, and has asked me to join in
courtesy my good marketing acumen.
The Venture is promising however there will be no returns for a year and only
hard work, return seems promising but not in the near future.

Ans: I will go for option 1. Because I will choose stability over startup it will also
help me enhancing my knowledge and skills and it will help me in gaining
experience but as a fresher I will go for job offer of 6 lacs as it would give me
exposure and will be able to manage work more effectively and efficiently.

If I was a class mate of Flipkart Founder and he would have asked me to part fund
his venture by my Salary/ Parents money. What would I have done and why.

Ans: as flipkart is a startup so I won’t go for investing as it is risky and pulling

money out of my salary or parents money is not a wise decision as there are
better options where money can be invested for moderate return and less risk
than a startup where returns are unexpected and risk is very high.

1. The five people you meet in heaven – it taught forgiveness and kindness and not
to hold any grudges against someone actions and we are not aware about their
side of story there are situations in life where we come across certain peoples and
they cross us for a reason and for every action we do the karma repeats itself and
everyone pays for it in their own way
2. everyone has a story – the book taught me that there are hidden feeling in heart
of every individual it is just that you need to confess it to your loved one and hold
onto them if your love is genuine they will come to you as it is universe that
supports you in this case
3. Alchemist – you should be determined and hardworking in order to reach your
destiny. One should accept all that comes in the way in order to reach the desired
destination. in life if something happens twice it is bound to happen the third time
also so you should be well prepared as there are no short cuts in life and all that
happens during the journey is lesson that life teaches us and makes us stronger
4. the one you cannot have – it teaches us that nothing in life is permanent not
even long relationships break up one should not lose hope and grab on to the

17. Your best friend joins a company of her choice, enjoys her job profile, gets a

As a best friend what advice would you give your friend.

Ans: I would advise my friend to apologies to the seniors and act maturely as she
did a mistake by lying and after that creating a scene at office she should have
taken prior permission or postponed the program as lying is not good work ethics.
She should admit her mistakes and give assurance that it won’t happen again.

18. My biggest failure in Life and what I did after it :

Ans: My biggest failure in life is my Fear of failure. For a quite long time I
considered failure as a impediment and that made me to stop initiating or taking
new tasks. But the moment I understood failure is a progress sign of achievement, I

joining in:

Ans: Because company invest a lot of time and money in grooming the employee
and if someone leaves after training it is a huge loss for the company. Event
management is big task to be performed it involves a lot of training and techniques
to get a successful event. If live week is investing their time and money in
employees training and making them able to manage and handle such events it is a
great success for the organization and the employee as well. These MOU’s bound
the candidate to remain the organization because if someone leaves the
organization after attaining such training and expertise and serving some other
organization is huge loss to the company.
