Upload the image:

1> Goto transaction se78 to upload image.

2>Give image name

3> Import

4>select the image extracted to front end.

5> perform the above steps for all the images.
1099Misc_2012; 1099int_2012; 1099G_2012; 1042S_2012,1099K_2012
 Upload the form
1> Go to transaction Smartforms.
2>Give smartform name .

3> Change
4> Upload
5> Select the xml file for the same extracted on your system

6> overwrite existing form.

7> Save and activate.

Perform the above steps for all the forms.
