Dear Captain,

I hereby declare that during my fourth month conning as third officer

on MV.HANJIN CAPE LAMBERT still can’t perform my duty and task well
again. This morning I’ve fault to understanding captain’s order regarding
maneuvering while our ship alter course to starboard for got good position
for cleaning cargo hold. At the time he ordered me to “course again”, I was
not fully understood about it and didn’t make it clear again. Till now there
are many mistaken that I’ve did to captain for overall.

For all my many mistakes, i am ISMARYANSHAH AMIR as third officer

would like say apologize to my Captain KIM HAN MIN. And for
consequences related with my first and second statements, I’m ready to get
any decision by captain.
