them are the multitudes of soldiers and knights. At the bottom, are the peasant
families who work the land or try to ply the trades. The public faith is based on the
worship of patrons of an aspect of life, who all serve a greater creator.

Barbarians: Varied
Often roving bands of pillagers

Vasharan: Believed to be the first of mankind, these people created a theocratic


magocracy of sorcerer kings. Any and all magics are practiced. Divine magic can be
used only by stealing the power from gods. Ultimately united into a single city state
called Vashar after decades of attempting to live from the barren wastelands.

Dwarves:

Base: Hebrew. Heavily based in tradition for ages. The father is the master of the
house, and is the final word in the household, as well as the keeper of a copy of Holy
Scriptures. The sons must go to schooling at a young age, and before long, must
learn a trade. The mother keeps the household and teaches the daughters in crafts.
The religious leaders are based on the rabbis. In addition to expertise at the forge,

Hill: Scottish/Irish. These dwarves are more what most folk would think of
dwarves, minus the mountains and some plate armor. These dwarves will
sometimes sail across small seas or lakes to attack enemy forces who threaten them.
