Sales Officers will be eligible for a fixed monthly incentive post issuance above the threshold of NOP and business. The incentive is based on the 12 months rolling cumulative performance evaluated from 1* August 2017. The monthly fixed incentive as per the slab qualified will be paid for the coming next 12 months, Each month, the incentive is reset based on 12 months rolling performance.
