    Please click on the Windows icon in the bottom left of your screen and type in Command
    Prompt.

    2. Right click on Command Prompt and click on Run As Administrator.

    3. Please copy paste this "ipconfig / flushdns" in the quatations below into your Command
    Prompt.

    4. One you type that in and hit Enter it should say "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver
    Cache."

    5. You have successfully reset your DNS.
