Because the system pinpoints the area of correction, shows the operator where that area is, tells how much correction to make and lets the operator know when the piece is balanced, the guesswork and trial and error has been eliminated. e The DBCE101 has a digital interface. There is no processing or filtering on our balancing board. It reads RPM and the transducer inputs. All the processing and filtering is done in the software. The transducers are the only part of the machine that ever needs calibrating.
