Why we chose India
India is the biggest country in all of South Asia
(Unless you include China). It has many
different settings, such as busy cities and calm
fields. The weather is warm, and animals roam
free. We chose India because we wanted to
experience the variety of culture they have, as
well as explore their spirituality. We also
wanted to learn more about the food, history,
architecture, and people.

Restaurant
The restaurant we chose is called Tadka in
Varanasi. It is exquisite and elegant, with a hint
of Indian spice. Some examples of items on the
menu are Ginger pepper chicken soup, tava fry,
and Kadhai chicken curry with spicy onion and
tomato. At the most, the estimated cost of the
meal is around $1, 000 (₹64,537.55) altogether.
