I am a senior at El Capitan High School graduating this year and I intend to attend UC Berkeley in Fall 2018, majoring
in Biochemistry. I am currently an AP honor student and dual enrollment student at Merced College. I am very
passionate about my school work and I take an interest in music, tennis, and cooking in my free time. I am applying
for the position of a crew team member at Chipotle Mexican Bar and Grill. The position does not require any prior
experience or education degrees, only an enthusiastic attitude towards serving others and learning skills.

I am able to offer a very avid attitude towards service, from my record of participating in community service
organizations. Participation in these clubs at school and in the community has also given me experience with food
service in preparation as I’ve been involved in food fairs and fundraisers where I had to make and serve food and
manage transactions. I am also very intent about learning, which is something I can bring to the business because I
will be eager to learn and dedicated to doing my job well. This is supported by my record of academic history, having
taken 8 AP courses, the most challenging courses my school has to offer and balancing that with extra curricular
activities and community college courses. These traits make me qualified for the position of crew member a Chipotle.
