Catholic Schools Week Schedule

Dear Parents and Other Caregivers at home,

 I put together an additional schedule for this week since we are engaging in a variety of
things for Catholic Schools Week. Make sure to check each day for each fun event!

Day 1: Monday, January 29

Read-A-Thon Day- Your child is welcome to bring 1 stuffed friend and they will talk to a
friend during this time. They are able to bring in a favorite book from home as well! I will
make sure to send them home the day they bring them in. (You can send your child in with a
book any other day this week as well. Just put a note with it along with your child’s name.)

Special Guest Lunch @ 11:30 a.m. in FLC- Our M-W-F class will travel down to the FLC to
have lunch with a guest or two! This will be a great way to jumpstart CSW as we join
together.

Day 2: Tuesday, January 30

MOSS Marathon Shirt Day- Have your child wear their bright orange MOSS t-shirt. If you
can’t locate it, your child can wear any clothing that is orange!

‘SOUP’er Bowl Day- Please bring in a can of soup or two to donate to the Food Pantry. All
donations will be collected in a box in our classroom.

8th Grade vs. Staff/Parent Basketball Game @ 2:00 p.m.- As we dismiss at 2:30 p.m., we will
attend for part of the time, but it will be a great way for our class to see a school-wide event.

Day 5: Friday, February 2

100th Day of School Celebration! Our entire school and children are 100 Days Smarter. On
this day, we will do fun activities for our little learners adapted to our needs.

Dress in your favorite Sports Team’s apparel as we gear up for the Super Bowl Sunday!
