1- Turn the phone off

2- Press and hold volume down button, and while holding this, press the power
button and release both keys after 5 seconds.
3- Press vol- until "Recovery" is selected, then press vol+. Will appear on your
screen the Android signal, and an exclamation sign.
4- (Most important step) - Press and hold the power button, and while holding it,
press and release the volume up button. Right after releasing the volume up button,
you will also release the power button.
5- If you succeed this last step, it will give you a lot of options, and you will
choose wipe/factory reset, select it with power button, then select "YES", and wait
untill it finishes.
Do the same with the "Wipe cache" option.
6-Then go back to the recovery's main menu and select "reboot".
If the reboot option doesn't appear simply keep the power button pressed until the
phone reboots itself.

The first boot will take like 10-15 minutes, after that you will have a clean
android to start again.
