I take pride in my AP Scholar with Honors distinction from my performance on my 2017 AP

Tests. When I first started high school, I had no idea what AP exams and classes even were, and
when I finally learned what they were and decided to enroll in those classes, I had a naggin fear
that I wasn’t qualified to take those courses because I wouldn’t be able to excel in them.
However, I really wanted to challenge myself. During my first year taking AP tests, I got a 5 in
Calculus and US History and a 4 in English Language and Chemistry. This serves as a reminder
that I should keep challenging myself and of my fairly good past performance, but also remind
me that I have much more to work for an room for growth.
