लक्ष्यों में सफलत प ने के सलए सतत ् प्रयत ्नर्ील है । Indian Space Research
Organization/Department of Space Centres/Units are engaged in Research and
Development activities in development of Space Application, Space Science and Technology
for the benefit of society at large and for serving the nation by achieving self-reliance and
developing capacity to design and build Launch Vehicles and Communication/Remote
Sensing Satellites and thereafter launch them. ISRO strives to serve the nation in the areas
of television broadcast, Location based services, telecommunication, meteorological
application and in management of our natural resources. The Indian space programme
continues to pursue successful goals on all fronts in meeting the objective of achieving self-
reliance in space technology and its applications for national development.

development of cutting edge technologies for reusable launch vehicle, development of
advanced technologies for Human Spaceflight Programme, advanced high efficiency semi-
cryogenic propulsion engine, advanced communication satellite, air breathing propulsion,
hyper spectral imaging sensors, lunar & Planetary exploration etc.

5. पात्रता :कुल समल कर न्‍दयूनतम 56 अांकों के स र् प्रर्म श्रेणी में बी.ई/.बी.टे क य समतुल ्य
य सी.जी.पी.ए .6.84/10 । िे अभ्यर्बोर जजनक बी.ई/.बी.टे क य समतुल ्य प ठ्यक्रम 2017-18 में
पूर होने ि ल है िे भी इसके सलए प त्र होगें बर्ते उनकी डिग्री11/2/8012 तक उपलब्ध हो तःर्
सभी समेथटरों क औसत, जजनक पररण म उपलब ्ध है कुल समल कर न्‍दयन
ू तम 56 अांक य
सी.जी.पी.ए .6.84/10 हो । ननदिा ष्ट्ट अहात एिां म नक न्‍दयूनतम आिश्यकत म त्र हैं और ससफा उसे पूर करने
से ही अभ्यर्बोर सलिखत परीक्ष हे तु अहा नहीां बन ज त ।
Eligibility: BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of
65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in
the academic year 2017-18 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by
31/8/2018 and their aggregate is 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for
which results are available). The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the
MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates
eligible for Written Test.

7. आवेदि की ववधध :ऑनल इन पांजीकरण हे तु आिेिन इसरो की िेबस इट पर 31.01.2018 से

20.02.2018 के बीच उपलब्ध रहे ग । अभ्यर्बोर अपने आिेिन ऑनल इन पांजीकृत करने के सलए 811.110.13
से 20.02.2018 के बीच हम री िेबस इट www.isro.gov.in िे ख सकते हैं। र ष्ट्रीय िवृ ि सेि (एन.सी.एस.)
पोटा ल के तहत पांजीकृत तर् अहात र्तें पूरी करने ि ले अभ्यर्बोर ननदिा ष्ट्ट आिेिन प्रकक्रय हे तु इसरो िेबस इट
िे ख सकते हैं। आिेिन केिल ऑनल इन ही प्र प्त ककए ज एांगे। पांजीकरण के पश्च त आिेिकों को ऑिलाइि
पंजीकरण संखया प्रदाि की जाएगी ,जजसे िववष्य में संदिभ के भलए संिाल कर रखा जािा चाहिए। आिेिक
क ई-मेल आई.िी .आिेिन में अननि या रूप से दिय ज न च दहए। जो अभ्य र्बोर पहले से ही केंद्र/र ज्य सरक र ,
स िाजननक क्षेत्र की ईक ईयों य थिय ि ननक यों में क यारत हैं ,उनको ऑनल इन आिेिन करने के ब ि
सांबांगधत ननयोक्त से प्र प्त ‘अिापवि प्रमाण पत्र ’अननि या रूप से भेजन होग जजसके पीछे न म तर्
पांजीकरण सांख्य अांककत हो। How to apply: The application for on-line registration will be hosted
in the ISRO web-site between 31.01.2018 and 20.02.2018. Candidates may visit our web-
site at www.isro.gov.in to register their applications on-line between 31.01.2018 and
20.02.2018. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and
fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit ISRO website and follow the application procedure
as stated. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be
provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for
future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application
compulsorily. The on-line application has to be invariably followed-up with a `No Objection
Certificate’ from the employer concerned, by those already in employment under
Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies, duly
indicating the name and Reg. No. on the reverse

हो तो अपने बैंक से सांपका कर सफल भुगत न सनु नजश्चत करें । अभ्यर्बोर िैकजल्पक रूप से ऑफल इन
भुगत न क र सकते हैं। इसरो के िेबस इट पे “पेमेंट थटे टस” सलांक से ‘सफल भुगत न’ सुननजश्चत करन
अभ्यर्बोर के सलए अननि या है ।] प्रत्येक म मले में अनुप लन की ज ने ि ली प्रकक्रय नीचे िी गई
है :/Application Fee: There will be an Application Fee of ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only)
for each application. Candidates may make the payment ‘online’ using Internet Banking/Debit
Card or ‘Offline’ by visiting nearest SBI Branch. Candidates after submitting their application
 can pay application fee immediately or any day before the last date for fee payment
21.02.2018. The last date for submitting online application is 20.02.2018 Candidates are,
however, advised to make online payment by 19.02.2018 to avoid any unexpected
transaction failures/issues. [Candidates making online payment may kindly note that ISRO
shall not be responsible for pending transactions or transaction failures. Candidates may if
required contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of application fee. Candidates
may utilize alternative methods of payment (Offline payment) if required. Ensuring a
‘successful payment’ from “Payment Status” link in ISRO’s website is mandatory for the
candidates] The process followed for each case is shown below:

सांख्य िर् ाते हुए उसे एक िेब पष्ट्ृ ठ दिख ई िे ग । उसी पष्ट्ृ ठ पर “िुगताि करें ” बटन मौजूि होग , जजसे अभ्यर्बोर
जक्लक कर सकत है और ननम्न नुस र भुगत न प्रकक्रय क अनुसरण कर सकत है /If candidate desires to
pay application fee immediately then he/she on submitting application will be shown a web
page displaying registration number. On same web page, there exists “Make Payment”
button which candidate may click and follow the payment process as outlined below
(2) यदि कोई अभ्यर्बोर ब ि में र्ुल्क भुगत न करन च हत है तो िह ववज्ञापि पष्ृ ठ में दशाभए गए भलंक
“िुगताि करें ” सलांक पर ज कर विज्ञ पन की अांनतम त रीख के पूिा भुगत न कर सकत है । अभ्यर्बोर को अपनी
पांजीकरण सांख्य , जन्‍दम-नतगर् भरने के ब ि “िुगताि करें ” बटन पर जक्लक करन होग और ननम्न नुस र

ु रण करन होग / If the candidate wants to pay application fee later, he/she
can pay the fee before closure of the advertisement by accessing the link “Make Payment”
link available in advertisement page. Candidate has to provide his/her registration number,
Date of Birth and later click on the “Make Payment” button and follow the payment process
as outlined below

सकत है ।/The candidates on clicking the Make Payment button will be redirected to State Bank
Multi Option Payments Systems (MOPS) page. The candidate may choose one of the payment
modes shown below for making payment.

 दिनों की सीम के भीतर नहीां ककय गय तो ऐसे च ल न को असफल म न ज एग । तर् वप,
यदि आिश्यक हो तो अभ्यर्बोर नय चल न िब
ु र ज री कर सकत है अर्ि िैकजल्पक रूप से
ऑनल इन भुगत न कर सकत है ( / Pre-printed SBI Challan (Candidates should
download, print and pay the application fees in cash at any SBI Branch within 3
days of generation of challan or last day for payment, whichever is earlier) The
challan will be valid for the next three days only, from date of generation. If
payment is not made within 3 days the challans, which are older than the
specified time will be deemed unsuccessful. However, the candidate may
regenerate fresh challan, if required or alternatively, make payment online
payment.

िर् ाने ि ल पष्ट्ृ ठ प्रिसर्ात होग ।/(i)Though application fee charged by ISRO is same across the
payment modes the bank charges and taxes may vary. Therefore candidates are required to
carefully follow the instructions shown. In case of Net banking and debit cards payments, the
candidate on successful payment will be redirected to ISRO web portal and shown a page
displaying transaction details.

(ii)पूरी भुगत न प्रकक्रय के िौर न, कृपय ररफ्रेर् य बैक बटन न जक्लक करें अन्‍दयर् पूरी प्रककय रद्ि हो
ज एगी।/ During entire payment processing do not click REFRESH or BACK button, else
session will be aborted.

(iii)कृपय भुगत न के तरीके (नेट बैंककांग, िेबबट क िा, सभी एस.बी.आई. क उां टर) के सांबांध में बैंकों/भुगत न
गेटिे के अनुिेर्ों क प लन करें ।Please follow the instructions of the banks/payment gateways
with respect to the mode of payment (net banking, debit cards, across SBI counters)

(iv) अभ्यर्बोर भुगत न की जथर्नत की ज ांच एिां रसीि मुदद्रत करने हे तु विज्ञ पन पष्ट्ृ ठ में उपलब्ध सलांक “भुगत न
जथर्नत” पर िे ख सकते हैं। अभ्यर्बोर, ननलांबबत य असफल लेनिे न के म मलों में अपने बैंक से सांपका कर
सफल भुगत न सुननजश्चत करें । Candidates can check Payment status and Print Receipt by
visiting “Payment Status” link available in advertisement page. In case of pending
transactions or transaction failures candidates are advised to contact their Banks and ensure
successful payment of application fee.

10. सिी महिला ,अिुसूधचत जानत( अिु.जा). अिुसूधचत जिजानत( अिु.ज.जा ,).िूतपूवभ सैनिक( िू.सै ).
तथा ववकलांग अभ्यधथभयों को आवेदि शुल्क के िुगताि से छूट प्राप्त िै । कफर भी ,आिेिन के ऑनल इन
पांजीकरण के ब ि ,इसरो प्रण ली से अभ्यगर्ायों को व्यजक्तगत पांजीकरण फ मा ि उनलोि करके वप्रांट करन
होग ,जजसमें अभ्यर्बोर क न म ,पांजीकरण सांख्य ,विज्ञ पन सांख्य तर् पि कोि अांककत होग , जजसे भविष्ट्य
में सांिभा हे तु रखन होग ।/All Women candidates/Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes
(ST); Ex-serviceman [EX] and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates are
exempted from payment of Application Fee. However, after registration of application on-
line, the candidates have to down-load and print the personalized registration confirmation
form from the ISRO system which will contain the Name of the candidate, Registration
Number, Advertisement No., and Post code for future reference.

11. मदहल अभ्यगर्ायों/ अनुसूगचत ज नत) अनु.ज (. अनुसूगचत जनज नत) अनु.ज.ज ,(.भूतपूिा सैननक )
भू.सै (.तर् दिव्य ांग (पी.िबल्यू.िी.) अभ्यगर्ायों द्ि र िो/अनेक प्रनत जम करने की जथर्नत में आिेिन जम
करने की अांनतम त रीख से पूिा जम ककए गए आिेिन पर ही आगे की क रा ि ई के सलए विच र ककय ज एग ।
In case of submission of duplicate/multiple applications by Women candidates/Scheduled
Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST); Ex-serviceman [EX] and Persons with Disabilities
(PWD) candidates, the last application submitted before the last date for submission of
application shall be considered for further processing.

अ.वप.ि. सदहत अन्‍दय अभ्यगर्ायों द्ि र िो/अनेक प्रनत जम करने की जथर्नत में , आिेिन, जजसके सलए आिेिन
र्ुल्क के भुगत न हेतु अांनतम त रीख के अांिर ‘आिेिन र्ुल्क’, प्र प्त होत है, उस पर ही विच र ककय ज एग ।
In case of submission of duplicate/multiple applications by other candidates including OBC,
the application against which the ‘application fee’ has been received within the last date for
payment of application fee only will be considered.

12. ऐसे अभ ्यर्बोर जो पहले से ही केंद्र/र ज ्य सरक र ,स िाजननक क्षेत्र की ईक ईयों य स ्ि यत ्त ननक यों
में क यारत हैं ,उनको ऑनल इन आिेिन के स र् सांबांगधत ननयोक् त से प्र प्त ‘अन पवि प्रम ण-पत्र ,’पर
पांजीकरण सांख ्य तर् पि कोि िर् ाते हुए प्रशासि अधधकारी( आई.सी.आर.बी ,).इसरो मुख ्यालय ,अंतररक्ष
िवि ,बेंगलरु
ू को ऑिलाइि आवेदि करिे के सात हदिों के अंदर और क्रकसी िी जथथनत में 27.02.2018 तक
भेजन होग ।
The candidates who are already employed under Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous
Bodies have to send a `No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned, duly
indicating their Registration Number and Post Code to the Administrative Officer [ICRB],
ISRO Headquarters, Bengaluru within seven days of filing the applications on-line by
the candidates and in any case not later than 27.02.2018.

13. 27.02.2018 तक इसरो मुख ्यालय, बेंगलूरु को िेजे जािे वाले दस ्तावेज/Documents to be sent
to ISRO Headquarters, Bengaluru by 27.02.2018

जो अभ्यर्बोर पहले से ही केंद्र/र ज्य सेरक र ,स िाजननक उपक्रमों/ थिय ि ननक यों में क यारत हैं ,
उन्‍दहें सांबांगधत ननयोक्त से त करन होग । अन्‍दय अभ्यगर्ायोंप्रथतु ’पत्र-अन पवि प्रम ण‘को कोई भी
िथत िेज भेजन आिश्यक नहीां है ,परां त,ु आिश्यकत पिने पर सभी सांबांगधत िथत िेजों को प्रथतुत
करन होग । / Those candidates who are already employed under Central/State Govt./PSU/
Autonomous Bodies should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer
concerned. All other candidates need NOT send any documents, but have to produce as
and when required.

ृ के आध र पर, सलिखत परीक्ष हे तु अभ्यगर्ायों की सूची तैय र करने के सलए

में कम से कम56  अांक प्र प ्त होंगे ,िे ही चयन पैनल में गुण नुक्रम के आध र पर पैनल में रखे ज ने के सलए
प त्र होंगे।
Selection Process: BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate
minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are
available). The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM
requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for
Written Test. Based on the academic performance and bio-data, initial screening will be
conducted to short-list candidates for taking-up written test. The written test will be conducted
on 22.64.2618 at twelve venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh,
Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and
Thiruvananthapuram. However, the Organization reserves the right to cancel/change the
written test venue and re-allot the candidates to any other test centre. The call letters for the
written test to the short-listed candidates will be sent only by e-mail during second/third of
March 2018. The written test paper consists of 80 objective type questions carrying equal
marks. Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be short-listed for
interview, the schedule and venue of which will be notified. Written test is only a first level
screening and written test score will not be considered for final selection process. Final
selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview and those who
secure minimum 60% marks in the interview will be eligible for consideration for
empanelment in the selection panel, in the order of merit.

and Allowances: Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level
10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of ₹56100/- p.m. In addition, House
Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance at the prescribed rates in force at the place
of posting will be paid for those who are not availing Departmental Housing and Transport
facility, respectively. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme.
On employment in ISRO, other facilities are available such as medical facilities for self and
dependents, subsidized canteen, transport allowance when official transport is not availed,
limited housing facility for fresh entrants in lieu of HRA, Leave Travel Concession, Group
Insurance, advance for construction of house, etc as per Central Government orders.

सलांक द्ि र ही भेज सकते हैं। उसके ब ि प्र प ्त आपवियों पर तर् ककसी और म ध्यम द्ि र भेजे गए आपवियों
पर ककसी भी पररजथर्नत में विच र नहीां ककय ज एग । /The Answer Keys will be published on the
ISRO Web-site within three working days of the written test. The candidates may raise
objections with valid justifications, if any, within 3 days of publishing the answer keys in the
web-site, ONLY through the link that shall be provided after the written test. Objections, if
any, received thereafter and through any other modes will not be considered under any
circumstances.
