Ans. The Islamic concept of sovereignty means the power and authorities
exercised by the ruling class is from Allah. Man is not having absolute
power. He can make laws within the limits laid down by Allah. The laws,
which are against the Quran and Sunnah, are not allowed in Islamic
society.
