Chocolate Icecream

•75-100 g bitterish chocolate, 6 eggs, 1 liter milk, 250 g sugar, 1,5 tbs flour,
500 g whipped cream, 10 g vanilla sugar, 3 g salt.
•Mix the eggs with the flour, sugar, salt and the milk. Put the dish on a steam
bath and let it boil until the mixture is thick and covers the spoon. Take the
dish off the steam bath, add the chocolate (melted) and the vanilla sugar. Mix
them well, let cool, add the whipped cream, mix again and put it in the freezer
for 2-3 hours.
