For my performance government debate i used an old debate on abortion that i

did at long beach poly. This debate was against a fellow classmate. On february 18th

2016 we debated on whether or not abortion should be legal or not. This debate was

very intense, my opponent was very intelligent arguement. I believe that abortion should

be legal, everyone makes certain mistakes that shouldn't affect their whole life.being

rapped or anything along those lines you dont deserve that imprint in their life that they

didn't ask to come into your life. Abortion should be legal everywhere. It's a basic

human right. It's a basic civil right to have the option to control your life. A Lot of the

class agreed with our argument..but some people are stuck in there family beliefs or

religious way not knowing how to think otherwise. But i changed a lot of people's views

on abortion, which is great. I wish i would have gotten a higher grade, or film of the

debate but it was great intensely worded debate.
